Paya Lebar Quarter

Paya Lebar Quarter is a centrally located international mixed-use development and a key catalyst to the Singapore Urban Redevelopment Authority’s masterplan to regenerate Paya Lebar and to develop a dynamic regional business hub between the CBD and Changi Airport, ensuring the city’s sustainable future growth.  The centerpoint of the development is the PLQ mall which is home to 190 merchants and consists of 2 main atriums linking the floor levels within the mall space.  Fire segregation of the floors is critical and Innivate has installed 8 large Coopers Concertina Fire Curtains around the atrium/escalator void openings to provide fire protection to each level.  Added to this, ventilation to the mall is provided by INNIVATE Performance Louvres.
