390 Madison

A 1950s building that needed updating to match current city zoning, 390 Madison underwent a dramatic transformation into a chic new commercial centre in the heart of New York City’s midtown corridor. Entirely reconceived from the inside out, the new establishment is a collaborative space that includes an exterior wraparound terrace garden, street-level retail, and energy-efficient design.

For 390 Madison, we designed the MI-7520M performance louvre – a horizontal custom 75mm pitched louvre complete with stainless steel bird mesh. A total of 26.37m² was delivered in June 2017.
